Jeff Cloud

Jeff Cloud was elected to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in 2002 and served more than eight years, spending three of the years as chairman. He came to elected office after a successful career working for several elected officials, including Governor Henry Bellmon, U.S. Rep. Mickey Edwards, U.S. Rep. J.C. Watts, Jr. and Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphreys.

Cloud is a former board member of the Regional State Committee of the Southwest Power Pool, the Electricity Committee at the National Association of Regulatory Commissioners and the Oklahoma Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees. He also served on the Advisory Boards for the Center for Public Utilities at New Mexico State University and the Financial Research Institute at the University of Missouri.

Jennifer Springer

Chief Operating Officer of Secure Media

Jennifer Springer

Jennifer Springer is dedicated to assisting communities and businesses in promoting economic growth and expansion. A principal at Strategic Economic Partners, she has 14 years of economic development experience. Previously the Director of Business Development for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Springer led a team that was responsible for the State’s economic development activities.

She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Biology. Springer is a member of Leadership Oklahoma, Class 35, and was recognized by The Journal Record in 2022 as one of the “Top 50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma.” She was appointed in 2019 as Vice-Chair of the Investment Advisory Council under U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, served two terms on the committee, and has been appointed under the administrations of President Trump and President Biden.
